2023 Used Book Sale

Attendee Information

We anticipate over 30 vendors, thousands of materials to view and a great opporunity to save some money! Attendees  can come and go as you please throughout the shopping time of 5:15pm - 8pm. 

There is no need to RSVP just come at a time that works best for you.  

We kindly ask that younger children stay home, should you bring your little ones, they must stay with you at all times.

Cost: Free to attend

Shopping Hours: 5:15pm - 8pm

Entrance Instructions: Park and enter the building through the main front doors 

Remember to bring: 

• Cash  (some vendors may accept etransfer but this is not guaranteed)
• Shopping bags or a rolling suitcase to carry your purchases

Vendor Information

Vendor tables are available first for Roots families until March 20th at midnight at no cost.  Any remaining tables will then be opened up for non-Roots families to reserve at $20/ table starting on March 21st until April 20th noon.  Vendors  need to arrive between 4:30-5pm to set up.   Enter the building using the front doors, check in at the Roots table upon arrival to find your table location. 

Refunds will not be given past the registration deadline date unless the event is cancelled by Roots, then a full refund will be given.

Vendors will need to bring: 

• Displays if wanted  (all items must either fit on or under your table, displays need to stay within your table space).
• Cash for change
• Preprinted receipts  (A sample receipt will be emailed to vendors)
• You will be provided 1 table and 2 chairs for each table that is reserved
• You may want to bring water and snacks for the evening
