Capture the Flag Paintball

Imagine suiting up in your armour, the weight of the marker in your hand, and the pulse of excitement racing through your veins as you strategize with your team. Paintball is not just a game; it's a high-octane sport that tests your agility, sharpshooting skills, and tactical thinking in real time.

Once you arrive at Capture The Flag Paintball and Airsoft your adventure begins the moment you suit up! Whether you're donning a clean camouflage, a white winter uniform, or a padded camo snowsuit, get ready to immerse yourself in an adrenaline-pumping experience like no other.

After gearing up, you'll need to fill out a waiver form—don't worry, you can also print it at home to save time. Adult Waiver  OR Minor/child waiver

Next, prepare to arm yourself by choosing from six different levels of paintball markers. Much like selecting a car rental, the higher the level, the better the performance in terms of distance, speed, and accuracy. So, pick your desired package and face mask, and get ready for action!

When it comes to paintballs, strategy is key. Depending on your play style, paintballs can either last a while or be gone in a flash.

Directions:

1. Go west to Cochrane on the #1A Highway (Crowchild Trail becomes the 1A)

2. Continue west from Cochrane on the #1A highway for 13km

3. After the gas plant on the left side of the road, turn RIGHT onto Highway 40

(Tip: If you get to the Ghost Gas Station, you have gone 1km too far)

4. Follow Highway 40 for 22 km & turn RIGHT into Capture The Flag Paintball & Airsoft  (Tip : Turnoff is 4km after the bridge)

DETAILS

• This event is only open to all Christian Homeschool families
• Recommended Ages: 6+

First group for teens:  13 and up (regular level 1/200 paintballs)

2nd group:  10 to 12 years old (low impact paintball/200 paintballs)

3rd group:  6 to 9 years old (low impact paintball/200 paintballs)

Every group will play in a different playing field privately.

• Registration deadline date:  September 1st at midnight
• Should guests bring lunch? You can if you want, the facility sells hot dogs and other snacks
• Are younger (non-participating) siblings welcome? Absolutely!  younger siblings may go and hang out with parents or others that aren’t playing, they have a large area with picnic tables to hang out between games.
• Arrival Time:  11:45am, games start at 12 and you can stay as long as you like
• Refund Policy: no refunds past registration deadline of September 1st, 2024
• Specific Dress/Attire: Comfortable walking attire to walk in forest. They supply chest protection & camouflage outfits

WAIVER

On behalf of my child, I/we hereby waive and release the Roots Christian Home Education Fellowship,The Father’s House Christian School and any Roots volunteer/facilitator/administrative staff of the Roots Christian Home Education Fellowship from any liability to my(our) children. I/We are fully aware of the risks and potential for harm involved in such events, and on behalf of our child, release from liability Roots Christian Home Education Fellowship (Roots), The Father’s House Christian School and waive any claims such minor may have as a result of an accident, mishap or negligence of the Released Party and/or and other party under or affiliated with the Released Party.

I acknowledge that I, the parent/guardian of the registered attendee/s agree to stay on site at the venue of the program, to oversee my child/ren for the duration of the program.  Should I not be able to stay at the venue with my child/ren, a handwritten note with my signature will be sent with my child and given to the program organizer, stating the adult who is staying on site and has agreed to be responsible for my child/ren for the duration of the program.
