About the Event
One day workshop: In one day, you will learn how to make 2-3 types of cheese, cultured butter, yoghurt, and a homemade press. Depending on the type of cheese we make, it will be ready the same day or taken home with further instructions.
The instructor will provide the milk & cream for making cheese and butter, the buckets for making homemade presses, and a cheesecloth. You will also be given recipes for the cheese that is made.

This event is only open to ROOTS families. Roots students only until April 10th, then Roots parents or friends of Roots families can purchase tickets.
Recommended Ages:
10+. This event is recommended for ages 12 and up, but if your kids aged 10 and older are mature enough to participate in a full-day workshop without distracting others, they are welcome to join. Students under the age of 10 are not permitted…
