Didsbury Support Group Year End Picnic

All members and prospective members of the Roots Didsbury Support Group are invited to the Lammimans’ for a picnic-style potluck.

We are asking each family to bring as much as their family would eat, plus a little bit more.

Please label any dishes that are for dietary restrictions (e.g. gluten-free, dairy-free), as well as any common allergens (e.g. nuts).

Water and fruit water will be provided, as well as disposable plates, cutlery and cups.

There will be no formal program. We invite you to bring outdoor yard games, if you wish. We will have riding toys, swings, basketball, cornhole (please keep children from standing on it!), bocce, and croquet. (Please ask children to stay out of the outbuildings, especially the greenhouse, and the gardens.)

Note: Parents are responsible for the supervision and well-being of their own children at this event.

• This event is only open to ROOTS families and those considering ROOTS.

• This is a family event and hope that your whole family will be able to join us!

• Any specific dress/attire required: Dress for the weather. This is an outdoor event..

•  Registration deadline date: June 15th

• Should guests bring food?  Please contribute to the potluck as described above

• Arrival Time: 11:30 AM

  If the event must be postponed due to weather, we will announce it by noon the day before.

  We will plan for June 17th if the original date doesn't work.

  
  

WAIVER

On behalf of my child, I/we hereby waive and release the Roots Christian Home Education Fellowship, The Father’s House Christian School and any Roots volunteer/facilitator/administrative staff of the Roots Christian Home Education Fellowship from any liability to my(our) children. I/We are fully aware of the risks and potential for harm involved in such events, and on behalf of our child, release from liability Roots Christian Home Education Fellowship (Roots), The Father’s House Christian School and waive any claims such minor may have as a result of an accident, mishap or negligence of the Released Party and/or and other party under or affiliated with the Released Party.

I acknowledge that I, the parent/guardian of the registered attendee/s agree to stay on site at the venue of the event.
