Edmonton May Support Group

We are giving God thanks for the opportunity we have to run the April support group meetings with the children in attendance!

Roots recognizes that our monthly support group meetings have been instrumental in developing the Roots community. 

In Person with Children 

Children of all ages are welcome to attend this meeting with their parent!

Child Care Information:

Babies to age 4 - will be required to stay with parents in the meeting room, nursery care will not be provided. Please bring quiet toys or activities for the young ones to play during the meeting.

Ages 5 and up - adult supervision will be provided by Yeshua-Do Martial Arts instructor. Sensei/Rev. Vitold incorporates scripture training with the physical activity www.yeshuado.com, clean indoor runners required

Children ages 5 and up are asked to bring a labelled water bottle to thier class (water fountains are not available). In compliance with the Education Covid Guidance for School Re-Entry Scenario 1 (page 7), children in grades 4-12 are not requried to wear a face mask while engaged in physical activity and children grades 3 & under are not routinely required to wear a face mask. 

Roots encourages parents to discuss with thier children proper hand hygiene and respiratory etiquette at the support group meetings. In order to limit contact and socially distance in hallways and entry points please move to your designated room in a timely manner.  Only those who have RSVP'd will be allowed in the facility. This is a private event and NOT open to public (non-Roots families) or drop ins.
