Fit Set Ninja Day Camp Dec 15

Our Ninja Obstacle Course Day Camp gives homeschoolers the ultimate mix of movement, learning, and fun. With professionally designed obstacles and challenges, kids will climb, jump, and problem-solve their way through exciting courses that build fitness, coordination, and confidence. Beyond the obstacles, campers will practice teamwork, communication, and critical thinking all while making lasting friendships in a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment.

It’s the perfect balance of active play and personal growth, designed to

help homeschoolers thrive both on and off the course.

DETAILS

• This event is only open to ROOTS families.  

• Recommended Ages:

  Ages: 5+

• Registration deadline date:

   Dec 2, 2025 at 8 am .

• Should guests bring lunch?

  Yes. Pack a lunch, snacks, and a labelled water bottle.

• Are younger (non-participating) siblings welcome?

  • Only children ages 5+ can participate. There are bleachers for parents or younger children to stay and watch if they would like to stay for the day.  

  
  

  Note: Parents are allowed to drop off their students for the day and then return by 4pm to pick up their child.

• Any specific dress or attire: Loose fitting athletic attire - Students MUST bring CLEAN INDOOR Running shoes in order to participate in the class

• Arrival Time:

   Arrival Time: 8:50 to allow time to change your shoes and check in

• Refund Policy:

  No refunds past registration deadline of December 2, 2025 at 8am.

PAYMENT: To use your family funding for your registered Roots students, please use the code NINJA25 at checkout. Please create separate orders for non-Roots students.

PARENTS' HOUSEKEEPING

1. We need your assistance in ensuring that your children are at class on time and picked up at the end of each session on time. This allows the classes to start in a timely manner.

2. Parents are responsible for transporting and supervising their children at all times while the child is not in class.

3. There are no refunds past the registration deadline unless a class must be cancelled due to lack of student enrolment.

4. Each child needs to bring a labelled water bottle, water fountains are not always available.

5. Ensure your child has the proper attire to participate in this program - CLEAN INDOOR SHOES ARE A REQUIREMENT!

Students: Roots reserves the right to make final decisions regarding the acceptance of any student into the program. Students who do not demonstrate an attitude of cooperation and willingness to respect the rights and property of others will be dismissed after two warnings are issued. There will be no refund.

GYM WAIVER

On behalf of my child, I/we hereby waive and release the Roots Christian Home Education Fellowship, The Father’s House Christian School and any Roots volunteer/facilitator/administrative staff of the Roots Christian Home Education Fellowship from any liability to my(our) children. I/We are fully aware of the risks and potential for harm involved in such events, and on behalf of our child, release from liability Roots Christian Home Education Fellowship (Roots), The Father’s House Christian School and waive any claims such minor may have as a result of an accident, mishap or negligence of the Released Party and/or and other party under or affiliated with the Released Party.
