Year End Party (Calgary)

As we wrap up the school year with the Roots community, we would like to offer one more opportunity for you all to gather together and fellowship.  This is a potluck supper (we ask families to bring main dish or salad large enough to feed your family) & Roots will provide dessert.  After supper we will host the pinewood derby races for everyone to watch and cheer on the students. 

Volunteers Needed: We will be needing extra help to set up, take down & help run the kitchen. If you are able to come early or stay late, please let us know when you register your family. These events can only take place because we have people lend a hand, so thank you in adavance!

DETAILS

• This event is only open to ROOTS families. 
• Recommended Ages: This is a family event and hope that your whole familiy will be able to join us!
• Registration deadline date:  June 2nd at midnight
• Should guests bring food?  Yes this is a potluck, we ask that everyone bring a casserole large enough to share with others. 
• Arrival Time:  5pm, we will eat a 5:45 and the Derby race will start after supper

WAIVER

On behalf of my child, I/we hereby waive and release the Roots Christian Home Education Fellowship,The Father’s House Christian School and any Roots volunteer/facilitator/administrative staff of the Roots Christian Home Education Fellowship from any liability to my(our) children. I/We are fully aware of the risks and potential for harm involved in such events, and on behalf of our child, release from liability Roots Christian Home Education Fellowship (Roots), The Father’s House Christian School and waive any claims such minor may have as a result of an accident, mishap or negligence of the Released Party and/or and other party under or affiliated with the Released Party.

I acknowledge that I, the parent/guardian of the registered attendee/s agree to stay on site at the venue of the event.
