Year End Party: Dessert & Derby

As we wrap up the school year with the Roots community, we would like to offer one more opportunity for you all to gather together and fellowship.  

We are asking everyone to bring a dessert to share.

 The Annual Pinewood Derby will run through the evening with other activities also being made available.

We will be needing extra help to set up, take down & help run the kitchen. If you are able to come early or stay late, please let us know when you register your family. These events can only take place because we have people lend a hand, so thank you in advance!

DETAILS

• This event is only open to ROOTS families. 

• This is a family event and hope that your whole family will be able to join us!

•  Registration deadline date: June 2nd at midnight

• Should guests bring food? Yes we ask that everyone bring a dessert large enough to share with others.  

• Arrival Time: 6pm, the Derby race will start at 6:30pm

WAIVER

On behalf of my child, I/we hereby waive and release the Roots Christian Home Education Fellowship, The Father’s House Christian School and any Roots volunteer/facilitator/administrative staff of the Roots Christian Home Education Fellowship from any liability to my(our) children. I/We are fully aware of the risks and potential for harm involved in such events, and on behalf of our child, release from liability Roots Christian Home Education Fellowship (Roots), The Father’s House Christian School and waive any claims such minor may have as a result of an accident, mishap or negligence of the Released Party and/or and other party under or affiliated with the Released Party.

I acknowledge that I, the parent/guardian of the registered attendee/s agree to stay on site at the venue of the event.
