Changes to Calgary Support Group Meetings

There have been some significant changes to our Calgary support group meetings for this coming school year that we thought you needed to know ASAP. We know that many of you are already in the midst of making plans for the fall and wanting to book activities for your children, which is why we knew you needed to know of this change as quickly as possible.

Due to many variables we have needed to move the support group meeting days to Thursdays (for Calgary North) and Fridays (for Calgary South). Below is a chart of the dates and times for both locations, which we hope will help you as you plan out your school year.

We are needing some extra hands to help us with the meetings, if you could please pray about filling one of these roles that would be appreciated.

Calgary North AM (10-12) & PM (1-3):

• Chairperson: organizing who will do the devotional/testimony & snacks each month

• Song Leader: we would like to have a hymn or worship song to be sung at the start of the meeting time and need someone who can choose and either lead the singing or find a YouTube video with the words to show.

Calgary South (10-12):

• Song Leader: we would like to have a hymn or worship song to be sung at the start of the meeting time and need someone who can choose and either lead the singing or find a YouTube video with the words to show.

• Library Table: check library books in and out at each meeting. This role requires some training with the Roots Librarian and someone who can pay attention to details.
