The moment we have all been waiting for is right around the corner!
Digital reimbursements will be made available in time for the November reimbursement deadline. A link to the reimbursement form will be emailed out to all families the last week in October.
Things to note about the new system:
1) You will need your family ID # and the email address you used when registering for the year to log into the reimbursement form. Both of pieces of information can be found in the Roots directory in the members section of the Roots website.
2) Your receipts will need to be uploaded as PDF's. You can do this by using a scanner in your home, downloading a scanning app (like tiny scanner) for free to your phone, or if you have an IPhone, you can use your notes app to scan documents.
3) Should you choose to have your funds sent to you via direct deposit you will need to email a copy of a voided cheque or a print out from your online banking to Tammy at TammyE@rootshomeed.com.
