Roots Fine Arts Week January 16-19th from 9am - 3pm daily. This is a program that Roots ran many years ago with great success and we have wanted to bring it back to the community. The focus of this program is offer classes for students at a discounted rate, but also to give an opportunity to take some classes that they may not normally take. Alberta Reynolds Museum (Edmonton) January 27th at 10am. There are two programs being offered depending on the students grade K-4 ($7 each), Funlights of technology, or grade 5+ ($9 each), electric cars, parents tickets are $16 each. Registration deadline is January 14th.
Stained Glass Class (Calgary) February 8th, time varies on which project you want to take. Cost ranges from $35-$53/project (coupon code: STAINEDGLASS). Registration deadline is January 31st. Peter & the Starcatcher by Storybook Theatre February 14 at 10am, cost is $19/person. Registration deadline February 12th.
